The Committee on Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship upholds the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On the State Regulation of Production and Circulation of Ethyl Alcohol, Cognac and Fruit Alcohols, Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco Products" (regarding Right to Wholesale Trade for Wine Producers)

The bill (Reg. No.8290) eliminates the problem of duplication in licensing of wine products caused by the necessity to obtain a compulsory license for the wine producers for the right to whole trade in alcoholic beverages.

The bill supplements clause 15 of the effective Law (regulates licensing of import, export, distributive trades of alcohol beverages, delivery of wine products of own production without license for the right to wholesale trade).
